#REPT: a fresh concept in the realm of personal training.

 

My team and I offer a range of challenges both online and in person, tailored to each individual to support and provide you with the outcome you desire. My passion for what I do stems from a career in the Royal Marines as well as being a PTI (physical training instructor). I have an abundance of knowledge and experience, which give me my ground focus. In addition to my knowledge of physical training, my forte is in nutrition. I love what I do and aim to make sure I can provide the best for each client, in doing so, I spend a great deal of time going to seminars, in order to learn and research as much as I can and gain understanding of new concepts and ideas.

 

Each member of the #REPT team is not just a personal trainer, but also a lifestyle coach. The aim of these challenges is to overcome not only physical but also mental barriers in order to give you the best outlook in life and to become the best version of yourself.

 

Our training methods go beyond the gym, as the team and I provide you with unlimited contact as well as inviting you to become a member of the challenge community, where everyone discusses their progress and encourage each other along their individual journeys.

 

As a trainer I endeavour to create a lifestyle plan for each client, which can be used even after the time frame of the challenge. This is not a quick fix and the training is no holds barred, intense and constructive. As each plan is custom and personal to each individual we insure that the changes and improvements made are sustainable. My focus is primarily on nutrition; the diet plan, which I construct through getting to know each client and what they wish to gain from the challenge. This is in order to make sure that the meals are feasible for them to prepare: depending on personal needs, what kind of physique they are aiming for, and of course that they are not stuck with a non-palatable boring diet they cannot enjoy.

 

The way we carry out our training is a kin to the way we construct the plan, personal and informed. We aim to get to know each client as with a sound foundation relationship and understanding we get so much more from training. We aim to push you to achieve your goals and nothing is more encouraging or motivating to us than to see our clients walk away feeling healthier with a fresh mentality.

 

One of the most important factors about this challenge is, as aforementioned, its sustainability. Through the course of the programme you will gain knowledge on training and nutrition, which will allow you to adjust and be flexible with maintaining or improving even when the challenge is over. With access to contact our trainers as well as other clients taking part in the challenges, you will always feel supported, encouraged and motivated to work hard and make the changes to become the best you.
